No. SATA doesn't have Master and Slave like IDE does. There is just SATA. One plug that goes from the motherboard to the drive. Install the 400GB drive (SATA0 or SATA1, depends on how your motherboard numbers things.) and install Vista. Power down and make the 200GB drive a master on IDE0/1, the 80GB drive the slave. 300GB is then a master on IDE1/2, with an optical drive as slave.
